Confusion on the Left: Trump, Abuse and the Proper Treatment of Women

Part Two

There have been riots and protests against President Trump and his supporters.   Some of the protests have been peaceful while others violent.  The supporters of the new president including Donald Trump himself has been called Hitler and other vulgarities.  Many Christians and supporters fear for their lives. So why all the anger and hate?

One such reason the people who are angry with the incoming president is that they claim to be angry over Mr. Trump’s treatment of women.  I will not be defending Donald Trump’s past treatment of certain women because I was not there.   I do not know if the claims are true or not.  But what I do know is that abuse and mistreatment of women is wrong whether you are Donald Trump or not. 

Now what I seek is honesty and the truth in these matters. So let’s get to the heart of the matter at hand.   If you are one who believes the mistreatment and abuse of women and innocent human beings is wrong, do you support the murder of babies?  Are you going to justify being angry at Donald Trump while you support the murder of babies?  Do you support leaders and candidates who advocate for the choice to murder babies?  There is a religion that condones the domestic abuse of women.  Do you support the abuse of women sometimes?  Do you support leaders and candidates who do?   Many countries support and advocate the abuse, torture and murder of women and children.    Donald Trump has said he wants to stamp out these kinds of horrors.   Do does the left support him?  Can people agree that abuse against the innocent wherever it may be found must be stopped because it is morally wrong.    My point is that consistency matters otherwise our words should be rendered irrelevant.

Confusion on the Left: What Does the Left Really Think about America and Trump?

Part One

Nobody can deny apparent hatred coming from a majority of liberal Hollywood stars over President Trump and America as a whole.  And that supposed anger and hatred isn’t only coming from the left in Hollywood.   Masses of Democrats across the country, led by top celebrities are mobilizing, marching and rioting to speak out against President Trump.  In fact, many folks have spoken about how terrible our country is going to be with Donald Trump as the new President.  Many Democrat leaders boycotted the inauguration of the new president.   We know of some Hollywood celebrities who have taken their apparent hatred so far as to say they would even leave the country.  So my question is, if it’s as bad as they say why do these people support mass immigration and the masses of folks who are desperately trying becoming citizens?

Seriously, if they truly hated America and Donald Trump (and his policies) as much as they claim to,  one would expect to see the left begging and helping people to get as far away from this place as they can!   But instead we see only the opposite response from them.  While many claim they will leave, they continue to advocate for people to get in.  Really?  What for? Judging from the actions of the left, this place called America isn’t so bad and we will help you get here because Trump is terrible!  Who knew such a terrible place could actually be the place everyone wants to be?

Why I Don’t Use Microsoft Edge Browser

Like many people, I now use Windows 10 and lately it has been “complaining” about which browser I use–or rather don’t use.  You see, I use the Firefox browser which isn’t the Microsoft Windows 10 default.  The default for Windows 10 is Microsoft Edge (which replaced or is supposed to replace Internet Explorer).    So why have I, like many other people, not jumped to the new Edge browser?  After all Edge is fast, now supports addons, and lets you “draw” on the screen!

 

Browser Syncing

Aside from seeing by default Microsoft’s blatant left leaning propaganda page masquerading as a “news” page, there is another reason I do not use the Edge browser.  That reason is Syncing.   You may use syncing already with the browser you use.   Syncing allows one to save favorites, history, passwords, etc, to the browser within the cloud.   This sync of settings and favorites allows one to get access (by signing into the browser) to the settings and links from any computer running your favorite browser.  The trouble with Edge is that unlike the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers, Microsoft Edge does not allow one to sync only the browser.  If you want to save your favorites and settings, you must create an account with Microsoft and log the entire Windows 10 computer into the cloud.

This is where I draw the line.  I want access to my browser settings, not my entire computer!  (if you know of a way to sync only the browser let me know)  So until Microsoft allows me to log-in/sign-in to just the browser, I will not be using Edge to browse the internet.

By the way, do you save your passwords in browser sync?  That is one option I would not be syncing (for obvious safety reasons).

Know Your Windows 10 Key and How to Find It

If you own or work with a computer running Windows, chances are you or someone you know has experienced a computer crash or freeze-up.  It is no fun and sometimes you lose data and personal files.   Now if you are one of the millions who have a legal and free copy of Windows 10 because you took advantage of the free upgrade two years ago, what happens if you need to re-install a clean copy of it?  Well, guess what?  You may not be able to unless you have a Windows 10 key.  As you may know with any Microsoft product, the key is essential especially when it comes to re-installing a clean copy of Windows 10.  The key tells Microsoft you have a legitimate and legal copy of the software.  And since you probably downloaded the upgrade copy of Windows 10, the key is hidden within the software.   But with your Windows 10 key you can legally activate it again!   So where’s it at and how do we get it?    Getting it is quite simple.

Get a profile of your computer with Belarc Advisor

First, you will need a profile of your computer.

1. Go to Belarc Advisor’s website and download it.    Feel free to read the frequently asked questions under the download link to learn more about what Belarc Advisor does.
2. Next run the Belarc Advisor and it will give you a profile of all the software and hardware on your computer.   This is completely free and safe.   When Belarc Advisor runs, a dialogue window will first ask if you want to check for new Advisor security definitions.  This is not necessary and I usually click on no.
   

All we are after is the Windows 10 operating system key that will show up in the profile for your computer.  After a minute or so,  a printed profile of your computer will open in a browser window (Belarc Advisor may ask how you want to view the profile).  Scroll down the page (toward the bottom) until you find the heading Software Licenses.

That’s it!  Your operating system should be displayed (probably last in the list).  And in the right column within the parenthesis is your operating system key!    Congratulations you own a legal copy of Windows 10 and now you have the proof!    Keep it safe (I saved the entire profile to a USB stick, external hard drive and wrote the key down!) You are now good to go.

Third-Person Open-World Games Miss the Mark

 

Currently third-person open-world (GTA style) games made specifically for the console (Xbox 360, PS4 Xbox One) are ruined by unnecessary content.   Two words come to mind when I think of games made by Rockstar and others:  Unnecessary Vulgarity.   Many of these games such as Red Dead Redemption, Saints Row, GTA may feature great looking graphics and capabilities but that is about where they end in the “great” department.  They all had the potential of becoming quality, high standard games but with so many unavoidable directed narrative missions, unnecessary profanity and vulgarities wrapped in sickening lewdness makes these games simply not worth buying (or playing).

Now I know many people disagree but I believe it’s because there exists no alternatives to the vulgarity that permeates these types of games.   In the end the millions of us who want a competitive alternative lose.

Now I have written previously about my displeasure at gaming companies that will not make a decent, exciting, action filled third-person open-world game geared toward adults like me (and teens).   For example, where’s the sandbox style third person game that does not revolve around profanity, lewd sex acts, nudity, blaspheming God’s name and murder at ever turn?     Of course people (including the developers) probably hate God and have no problem with the list I just mentioned because that is precisely who the developers target.   But what about us who actually care about what God thinks?  What about us who enjoying gaming and challenges but actually care about true justice and doing the right thing?

Let me be clear, I believe gaming should be fun, exciting and action filled.   The bad guys should lose and the good guys should win.   The innocent should be protected and the police praised.   (There is too much of the bad guys winning in real life I don’t need more.)   It’s time for a game company to make a truly quality, visually stunning third-person, action-filled sandbox game that is actually open to explore.    My kind of game would be truly open-world as the name implies.  The map would be huge and there would be no mandatory missions with endless cut-scenes wrapped in a story just to “complete” the game.   A true game of exploration would mean the replayability would be a first.   It’s time for such a visually stunning game to be made that features explosions, driving, trains, planes, cars, helicopters, horse riding, killing the bad guys, stunts, free exploration and action, without unnecessary vulgarities or nudity.   If I was a game company this is what I would do and it would not only be popular but a big seller too.
