God has supernaturally taken you back in time. The date is September 10, 2001, the day before the attack on New York’s famed Twin Towers. You and two other speakers have been invited by the United Nations to address one thousand employees at the top of Tower One of the World Trade Center. The subject you have been given is “The Benefits of My Religion.” The other speakers are a well-known Hindu and a New Age teacher from Santa Barbara, California.

Jesus predicted there would be hatred against His followers

Earth6391

The world hates us because it knows not God and hated Him from the beginning

Jesus made some very relevant statements concerning the hatred of His followers (also called Christians) a long time ago.  In the book of John from the Bible Jesus stated these words to His disciples,  “If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.”  (see John 15:19)  In verse 18, we read that Jesus made it clear that He would be the object of this hatred before it would come to Christians.   “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.”

God makes it clear that any hostility Christians face is actually aimed at God Himself.   If you don’t believe that, all one needs to do is take a look at the Ten Commandments.   Looking at just a few of the commandments, ask yourself if you have ever lied, used God’s name as a cuss word,  lusted (Jesus said that is committing adultery in the heart – see Matthew 5:27,28).  had hateful thoughts toward a brother, or failed to put God first?  If so, then we are seen from God’s perspective as breaking His perfect, holy law.  Take a moment to think about what this means.   Perhaps you find or have found yourself getting enraged at God.  Any anger or lack of humility we have toward God is the hostility we have by nature toward Him.  But our mind and flesh filled desires are to naturally desire to do evil and break God’s law.

“…the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.”  see Romans 8:7,8

We all by nature deserve the judgment of God because we have broken God’s law.   We have all committed crimes against God who cannot have sin in His presence.  (Sin is the breaking of God’s perfect law and we are guilty of that as seen in the good person test. ) The question we all need to ask is what can be done, if anything, to remedy our relationship with God?  If God judges us who are deserving of Hell because we have sinned against Him, is that the end of us or is there a way of escape?

“It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.”  Hebrews 9:27

For anyone sensitive to finding out the answer to this they will find it.   You may be surprised or not but the answer has nothing to do with good deeds we do or don’t do.  It has nothing to do with what sacrifice we can or cannot make for God either.  We cannot earn back a right relationship with God.  In fact, the answer really has nothing to do with us at all but Him.  And the answer will not be because one joined the right church, or became a better person or found Religion.   There is no religion that has the answer for how to escape God’s judgment and restore a right relationship with Him because the answer is found only in God in the Bible.  God Himself is the only one who can provide a way of escape from His judgment.   Because His love is so great for us, He did that Himself 2000 years ago in the person of Jesus Christ.   Jesus Christ is the perfect, holy sacrifice who paid the penalty for us breaking His own law.

“now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.”  Hebrews 9:26

“The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

Jesus Christ is the answer for all humankind to be saved from coming judgment against sin.  Satan (God’s arch-enemy)  knows it and hates it.   Therefore he hates true Christians because he hated God first. But there is hope because Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice and payment, satisfying the great wrath that God has against sin.

“Therefore He [Jesus] is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.”  Hebrews 7:25

“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.  For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”  see Romans 8:9-10

The Trump Bullies

U.S._Presidential_Candidate_Donald_Trump_and_his_daughter_Ivanka_in_September_2016

First, I voted for Ted Cruz in the 2016 Presidential election and I don’t hate Donald Trump.  Having got that out-of-the-way we can begin.

The definition of a bully as posted by Google is:

use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants.
“a local man was bullied into helping them”
synonyms: persecute, oppress, tyrannize, browbeat, harass, torment, intimidate, strong-arm, dominate;

The following story is directly from CNN’s own website.

CNN: Bullying is a ‘serious public health problem,’ experts say

Fake News and Worldviews

Now let’s cut to the chase.  Perhaps CNN and the media should take some of their own advice.  CNN fits the definition of a bully in their use of tactics against specific worldviews and groups of people. They have power and control and they know it. This is why organizations like CNN are so dangerous to the rest of us.

Is it not true that CNN and most media outlets have been using their medium in the attempt at persuading people to think like them?  Since the election of 2016 when their candidate lost (Hillary Clinton) we have seen nothing but an onslaught of slanderous attacks against the current President of the United States and his supporters. (Conversely we saw not much but praise, glee and swooning when Barrack Obama and Bill Clinton were president.) The last eight months have been nothing but the liberal media among others trying to take Trump and Republicans out–even if it means murder.

For example, we have all seen the manufactured Russia stories and fake impeachment proceedings that they had hoped (and still hope) would paint Mr. Trump in a negative light.  When that didn’t pan out they didn’t stop and they won’t.  They didn’t speak out against the attempted murder of a Republican in the Senate.  They didn’t speak against the Kathy Griffin-Trump escapade, did they?  We have not seen many stories, if any about Hillary, Obama and their pre-election ties to Russia. The media would hope you don’t find out or care about Biden’s billion dollar dealings with Ukraine.  Where are the CNN news stories about Barrack Obama trying to influence the election in Israel against Benjamin Netanyahu?  Where is CNN’s outrage about Hillary Clinton and the murder in Benghazi? Is it okay to shred thousands of emails for a cover up? Apparently when it furthers a lie for advantage.  Loretta Lynch? The Chicago murder rate increase under Obama? Where are the media’s stack of stories against the tolerance of killing police officers regardless of their skin color? Does CNN and the media ever show disgust for breaking God’s law?

Ignorance is Bliss (when it’s morally inconvenient)

What we do see from CNN and in the general media is the silence of or the blatant denial of truth.  We have seen their attacks against Conservatives (just ask Sean Hannity) and people who actually care what God thinks.

Where are the articles from CNN and Yahoo and others about why stopping illegal immigration is the right thing to do?  Perhaps these media front groups actually support illegal immigration and breaking the law?  Maybe CNN and the rest on the left actually support illegal immigration because it gets votes.  American presidential candidates such as Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders come to mind. Wait.  Why does CNN and media outlets even have a candidate?  People can’t hide, they all support someone.  Our worldview dictates it.  It’s whether or not we support the right people or not that matters.

So as we’ve seen, intimidation is the go-to weapon of choice for large left leaning media front groups like CNN.  But these tactics of bullying and persuading through intimidation go far beyond Donald Trump and his supporters.  These tactics are used against all true conservatives, supporters of Donald Trump and in general any promoters of true righteousness.

Hatred for God-fearing people

We see hatred for God-fearing people everyday.  Now how one reacts is a great indicator of ones worldview or belief system.  How they react and respond to people like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Cruz, Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, Jesus Christ, Ray Comfort, Kelly Ann Conway, Herman Cain, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and of course Donald Trump says all we need to know this media face.

Why does CNN dislike us?  Why does Hollywood hate us? Is it because we mistreat women?  Is it because Trump hates women?  If that were true than we should see CNN on the cutting edge in it’s telling of the truth about the treatment of women within the religion of peace.  How about in Hollywood?  Does CNN defend Hollywood’s vulgarities against women, Christians and God commonly found in movies and on TV?  Or does CNN and other media outlets look the other way and ignore it along with the lawlessness of the past administration?  If CNN truly cared about women and their well-being why would CNN support and defend Bill Clinton?  If CNN and others truly supported women, they would always promote women who believe in a strong family bond.  They would not support any idea or group that tears apart lives or brings immorality to its viewers.

If CNN and groups like it were in the business of reporting truth we should see story after story about the real Muhammad.  I dare CNN report about the real Islam as followed by Muhammad himself.  How about the persecution of Christians and others around the world?  Christians are the number one persecuted group in the world.  Will the media ever report about who Jesus really is? About why He was murdered?  Will anybody with a mainstream voice do it?

Finally, due to the worldview of those involved,  I believe CNN and the general media population are the real bullies with the sole intention of persuading people against the one true God.  They will continue to use their influence in an attempt to persuade people against God.  Jesus said some people will hate His followers because they hated Him first. (see John 15:18, Matt. 10:22)

So in general do the people who make big decisions at CNN and in media love God or do they love their god?  What about you?

Is Microsoft a Hate group?

Microsoft embraces sin

Like many liberal organizations, it would appear that Microsoft has bowed to the altar of hate by hating God and loving sin through their blatant backing of the LGBTQI community. On the Microsoft store website they ask, what actions will you take? Throughout the site is various computer related merchandise with the goal to promote LGBTQI sin. (Note: the LGBTQI promoted merchandise and action site has since been removed – see screenshot above)

You might be asking why is this hate? And the simple answer is because Microsoft has chosen to dishonor and hate God Creator of the Universe, His laws but instead love their sin and the sins of others. But they don’t stop there. They go on to promote their hatred of God and love of their sin and the LGBTQI sins by running a campaign about it on their store and website.

Imagine the uproar if Microsoft or Google had embraced God’s holiness and righteousness on their website such as they have with sin.

We are all lawbreakers

It’s important to note that we all have the same desires to sin and have broken God’s law (sinned against a holy God).

Romans 3: 10-18
There is none righteous, no, not one;
There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.
They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one."
" Their throat is an open tomb; With their tongues they have practiced deceit"; " The poison of asps is under their lips";
" Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness."
" Their feet are swift to shed blood;
Destruction and misery are in their ways;
And the way of peace they have not known."
" There is no fear of God before their eyes."

And spiritually speaking the unregenerate heart is even hostile to God. In fact, that’s the main point of why we are in desperate need of deliverance. God is holy but we are not and cannot enter heaven without a Deliverer. If you haven’t already, check out the good person test and if you are super bold read the book of John in the Bible. You may not have tomorrow.

5 Reasons World Unrest Will Grow

unrest

1. We are rebellious people –  From birth we are against God and choose to go our own way.

2.  We have broken God’s law (the Ten Commandments)  (The Good Person Test demonstrates this well)

3. Sin separates us from God.

Starting in the Garden of Eden, our relationship and sweet fellowship we once had with God has been broken.

4. Further from God – As people get further from God, the more trouble there will be on the earth.

 5.  The Bible Predicts it –  What God says about the end times and His plan for salvation has been predicted in the Bible, whether we read His word or not.

Who is Jesus?

In light of the Resurrection we ask, who is Jesus?

Today many celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ but just Who is this Jesus anyways? And most importantly why does it matter?

Jesus talking to the Jews said.. “I have come to you representing my Father, and you refuse to welcome me, even though you readily accept others who represent only themselves. You gladly honor each other, but you don’t care about the honor that comes from God alone. “ (John 5:43- 44)
”The Father and I are one” (John 10:30)
The high priest said to him, “I demand in the name of the living God that you tell us whether you are the Messiah, the Son of God.” Jesus replied, “Yes, it is as you say. And in the future you will see me, the Son of Man, sitting at God’s right hand in the place of power and coming back on the clouds of heaven.”
Then the high priest tore his clothing to show his horror, shouting, “Blasphemy! Why do we need other witnesses? You have all heard his blasphemy. (Matthew 26:63-65)
Jesus said to the man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” “Who does this man think he is?” the Pharisees and teachers of religious law said to each other. “This is blasphemy! Who but God can forgive sins?” The Jewish leaders tried all the more to kill him. In addition to disobeying the Sabbath rules, he had spoken of God as his Father, thereby making himself equal with God.
The Jewish leaders replied“…you, a mere man, have made yourself God.” (John 10:33)
After reading the above passages, you may have realized many trends. I would like to draw your attention to a simple yet common theme. This particular theme stirred up many who listened to Jesus talk. The Jewish leadership and others sought to even kill Jesus because of it and eventually we know they did. But why such hatred for an apparently good man who healed, and even performed countless miracles? Why would simple statements and acts of kindness and love by Jesus cause the leaders to cry out “blasphemy!” from a simple statement by Jesus? We know the answer from the verses above.
Jesus claimed one thing that was clear to all who heard Him speak. Jesus made the claim to be God and this was obvious blasphemy to the Jewish leadership. Likewise, even today this remains true. This claim continues to be considered blasphemy by Jesus and/or anyone who claims to be God unless of course it is true and Jesus truly is who He says He is. Like the Jewish leaders, I am aware that many today choose to believe Jesus is not who He claims and yet are willing to accept the account of the life of Jesus. In fact, many might even consider Jesus to be a good teacher and one who would offer good advice.
For us this remains true. If we do not believe Jesus is God than no one can be able to trust anything Jesus says to be the truth. If you do not believe Jesus is who He claims to be, than how can one trust Him to have been even remotely a good teacher? The choice remains. Either Jesus is God and the Savior of the world with power to forgive sin or He is not. Your life depends on who you put your trust in. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

Jesus was crucified and rose from the grave three days later. It’s only because the tomb is empty and Jesus rose from the grave that anyone can have peace with God.

Do you know what sin is?

What is sin?

What is sin? You might say it’s doing something bad.  However what “bad” might mean to me probably will not be the same for someone with a different worldview.  The statement of sin just meaning something “bad” is too broad to pin down a meaning in practical terms.   But if we can sight specifics about what sin “looks like” and what it is outside of any human standard, there can be no debate.  For this we must look to a power greater than ourselves, namely God.

So what is sin then? Simple put, sin is transgression or the breaking of God’s Moral Law.

The Ten Commandments is the standard God uses to define what is evil (or bad).  It’s not a standard made any human how has imperfections and is fallible.   God’s standard for right and wrong is perfect because God is perfect.

Here’s a quick sample of the “test” God will use to measure the worthiness to enter His presence.  How will you do? (Remember God requires perfection to enter His Kingdom. More on this later)

Always put God first in your life? (1st, 2nd commandments)

Ever lied? (9th commandment)

Stolen something?  (8th commandment)

Hated someone?  God views human hatred as murder. (6th commandment)

Lusted? Jesus said to look with lust is the same as adultery (see Matthew 5:28). (7th commandment)

Ever used God’s name as a cuss word? Hitler’s and Muhammad’s names are not even hated as much to be used as a cuss word.  To use God’s name to express disgust is blasphemy.  (3rd commandment)

What is love?

Before I get back to sin and God’s standard, let’s switch gears for a moment.  It’s probable you have heard much or at least some about God’s love or that Jesus loves you.  You probably have seen the bumpers stickers, shirts, signs, posters, and more with the words God loves you!   But have you ever wondered what that really means and what that actually looks like practically speaking?  We know love can mean different things to different people and especially in a “anything is acceptable” mentality in today’s world becoming increasingly more popular.  For some, love might mean something unnatural, non-traditional or both—think gay marriage.  Perhaps love to you is that great care and concern you have for your child or a friend or parent.  Maybe it’s plain old romantic love, that comes to mind.

But what about the love of God.  Once again we must go outside ourselves and seek the source of love—God Himself.

For this we must see who God is.

I mentioned earlier that sin is when we break the Ten Commandments.  The Ten Commandments aren’t the sin, it’s the breaking of them.  Lying for example.  Adultery, Murder. Not loving God and putting Him first in our life.  A quick look at The Good Person Test shows we have all broken God’s moral law.

God, because He is so holy and perfect, cannot have sin in His presence.  He therefore, because of His very nature or essence being that of holiness, must punish all lawbreakers. Hell exists for lawbreakers/sinners by the way.

And yet God did something beyond human love, even when we all deserve eternal death (also known as judgment in hell).

God made a way of escape from this judgment.  The Creator of the Universe namely Jesus Christ paid the penalty as the perfect sinless sacrifice for us breaking His moral law.  He did this by dying willing for our sins on a cross and taking the full punishment and anger by God put on Himself. Because God hates sin so much, the Bible states that Jesus was crushed for our iniquity/sins.   And then Jesus, because He is God, was raised up from grave after three days proving His earlier claims to be God and defeating eternal death.

The Bible states it like this,

“In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation [acceptable payment or sacrifice] for our sins. (1 John 4:10)

“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”  (Romans 5:8)

The kind of love which God shows us is as the perfect sinless sacrifice He is ultimately the only salvation for those who repent and put their trust in Him as the Savior.

It’s important to clarify that only two options exist for humanity.  After we die physically each person will enter either eternal life or eternal death.   God in His mercy has lovingly granted us a choice even when what we all should be getting what we deserve—eternal death (judgment in Hell).

When you repent from your sin (turn from it as in changing your mind about committing sin) and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you from the wrath to come (judgment against sin), you will have eternal life! (John 3:36Titus 3:4-7Ro 6:23)

“When the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared,
not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” (Titus 3:4-7)

CNN: Bullying is a ‘serious public health problem,’ experts say

Fake News and Worldviews

Now let’s cut to the chase.  Perhaps CNN, Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter and others should take some of their own advice.  CNN specifically fits the definition of a bully in their use of tactics against specific worldviews and groups of people. They have power and control and they know it. This is why organizations like CNN and Google are so dangerous to the rest of us.

Ignorance is Bliss (when it’s morally inconvenient)

What we do see from CNN and other outlets is the silence of or blatant denial of truth.  We have seen their attacks against Conservatives (just ask Sean Hannity) and people who actually care what God thinks.

Where are the articles from CNN and Yahoo news about why stopping illegal immigration is the right thing to do?  As America faces an invasion from the south, Democrats and their minions in the media stay silent. Perhaps these media front groups actually support illegal immigration?  Of course they do.  These people represent their only way to gain power with votes.  Democrats are willing to give up our country as was founded by God fearing men and women for anti God dictatorship including sharia law because it’s who they are.  They think your stupid and hope you won’t notice.  Previous American presidential candidates Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders come to mind. Wait.  Why does CNN and media outlets even have a candidate?  People can’t hide, they all support someone.  Our worldviews dictate it.

So as we’ve seen, intimidation is the go-to weapon of choice for large left leaning media front groups like CNN.  But these tactics of bullying and persuading through intimidation go far beyond Donald Trump and his supporters.  We especially see it used against people who claim to love the God of the Bible.  These tactics are used against all true conservative, the supporters of Donald Trump and overall the promoters of righteousness.

Hatred for God-fearing people

We see hatred for God-fearing people everyday.  Now how one reacts is a great indicator of ones worldview or belief system.  How they react and respond to people like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Cruz, Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, Jesus Christ, Ray Comfort, Kelly Ann Conway, Herman Cain, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and of course Donald Trump says all we need to know about this media face.

If CNN, Google, MSNBC, Yahoo News and other left promoting outlets truly cared about women and their well-being why would support and defend Bill Clinton?  If CNN and others truly supported women, they would always promote women who believe in a strong family bond.  They would promoted Biblical values which defend human life as not just something to be taken lightly.  They would not support any idea or group that tears apart lives or brings immorality to its viewers.

If CNN and groups like it were in the business of reporting truth we should see story after story about the real Muhammad.  I dare CNN, Google, Yahoo news report about the real Islam as followed by Muhammad himself.  How about the persecution of Christians and others around the world?  In case you didn’t know Christians are the number one persecuted group in the world.  Will CNN and others report about who Jesus really is? About why He was murdered?  Will anybody with a mainstream voice?

Finally, due to the worldview of those involved,  I believe these media outlets are bullies with the sole intention of persuading people against the one true God. Jesus said some people will hate His followers because they hated Him first. (see John 15:18, Matt. 10:22)  These media bully outlets use their intolerant tactics against anyone who tries to speak the truth about the abuse and murder of Christians and others.  CNN could instead use their voice to persuade and show people the gruesome truth of abortion.

So do the people who make big decisions at CNN, Google, Yahoo News, Twitter, Facebook and other media vents love God or do they love their god?  This is a great question for us all.
