The Trump Bullies

First, I voted for Ted Cruz in the 2016 Presidential election and I don’t hate Donald Trump.  Having got that out-of-the-way we can begin.

The definition of a bully as posted by Google is:

use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants.

persecute, oppress, tyrannize, browbeat, harass, torment, intimidate, strong-arm, dominate;

Fake News and Worldviews

Now let’s cut to the chase.  Perhaps CNN and the media should take some of their own advice.  CNN fits the definition of a bully in their use of tactics against specific worldviews and groups of people. They have power and control and they know it. This is why organizations like CNN are so dangerous to the rest of us.

Is it not true that CNN and most media outlets have been using their medium in the attempt at persuading people to think like them?  Since the election of 2016 when their candidate lost (Hillary Clinton) we have seen nothing but an onslaught of slanderous attacks against the current President of the United States and his supporters. (Conversely we saw not much but praise, glee and swooning when Barrack Obama and Bill Clinton were president.) The last eight months have been nothing but the liberal media among others trying to take Trump and Republicans out–even if it means murder.

For example, we have all seen the manufactured Russia stories and fake impeachment proceedings that they had hoped (and still hope) would paint Mr. Trump in a negative light.  When that didn’t pan out they didn’t stop and they won’t.  They didn’t speak out against the attempted murder of a Republican in the Senate.  They didn’t speak against the Kathy Griffin-Trump escapade, did they?  We have not seen many stories, if any about Hillary, Obama and their pre-election ties to Russia. The media would hope you don’t find out or care about Biden’s billion dollar dealings with Ukraine.  Where are the CNN news stories about Barrack Obama trying to influence the election in Israel against Benjamin Netanyahu?  Where is CNN’s outrage about Hillary Clinton and the murder in Benghazi? Is it okay to shred thousands of emails for a cover up? Apparently when it furthers a lie for advantage.  Loretta Lynch? The Chicago murder rate increase under Obama? Where are the media’s stack of stories against the tolerance of killing police officers regardless of their skin color? Does CNN and the media ever show disgust for breaking God’s law?

Ignorance is Bliss (when it’s morally inconvenient)

What we do see from CNN and in the general media is the silence of or the blatant denial of truth.  We have seen their attacks against Conservatives (just ask Sean Hannity) and people who actually care what God thinks.

Where are the articles from CNN and Yahoo and others about why stopping illegal immigration is the right thing to do?  Perhaps these media front groups actually support illegal immigration and breaking the law?  Maybe CNN and the rest on the left actually support illegal immigration because it gets votes.  American presidential candidates such as Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders come to mind. Wait.  Why does CNN and media outlets even have a candidate?  People can’t hide, they all support someone.  Our worldview dictates it.  It’s whether or not we support the right people or not that matters.

So as we’ve seen, intimidation is the go-to weapon of choice for large left leaning media front groups like CNN.  But these tactics of bullying and persuading through intimidation go far beyond Donald Trump and his supporters.  These tactics are used against all true conservatives, supporters of Donald Trump and in general any promoters of true righteousness.

Hatred for God-fearing people

We see hatred for God-fearing people everyday.  Now how one reacts is a great indicator of ones worldview or belief system.  How they react and respond to people like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Cruz, Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, Jesus Christ, Ray Comfort, Kelly Ann Conway, Herman Cain, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and of course Donald Trump says all we need to know this media face.

Why does CNN dislike us?  Why does Hollywood hate us? Is it because we mistreat women?  Is it because Trump hates women?  If that were true than we should see CNN on the cutting edge in it’s telling of the truth about the treatment of women within the religion of peace.  How about in Hollywood?  Does CNN defend Hollywood’s vulgarities against women, Christians and God commonly found in movies and on TV?  Or does CNN and other media outlets look the other way and ignore it along with the lawlessness of the past administration?  If CNN truly cared about women and their well-being why would CNN support and defend Bill Clinton?  If CNN and others truly supported women, they would always promote women who believe in a strong family bond.  They would not support any idea or group that tears apart lives or brings immorality to its viewers.

If CNN and groups like it were in the business of reporting truth we should see story after story about the real Muhammad.  I dare CNN report about the real Islam as followed by Muhammad himself.  How about the persecution of Christians and others around the world?  Christians are the number one persecuted group in the world.  Will the media ever report about who Jesus really is? About why He was murdered?  Will anybody with a mainstream voice do it?

Finally, due to the worldview of those involved,  I believe CNN and the general media population are the real bullies with the sole intention of persuading people against the one true God.  They will continue to use their influence in an attempt to persuade people against God.  Jesus said some people will hate His followers because they hated Him first. (see John 15:18, Matt. 10:22)

So in general do the people who make big decisions at CNN and in media love God or do they love their god?  What about you?

I don’t talk much about my experience with depression or mental illness on this blog which was one purpose I had created it in the first place. I know the details of mental illness can get messy and super depressing so I generally opt to keep them to myself. Today I decided to get real with you again and share (or divulge your attention for a few moments depending how you look at it) and let you in on a little bit of the ongoing fight…er…experience I have with it.

It Begins

For me and probably others, depression can suck so much you could care less about doing much of anything. In the middle of a low, you don’t even want to or sense the need to write a simple blog post about how you feel about depression. And when one is bombarded and filled with such inexplicable sadness, desires for doing much of anything are greatly diminished and sometimes altogether absent. If you hadn’t guessed yet, I am having one of those days.

What it’s not

Contrary to what some may think, this sadness I speak of and experience isn’t the kind of sadness you feel/have after you lose a pet or a loved one or have to go to a funeral, although those are all horrific and deeply depressing experiences and events. However, such types of sorrowful experiences can be related and make the sadness that comes with depression feel all that much worse.

One big difference between depression sadness and depression as a result of a sad event is that the later is expected, explicable and explainable but the former isn’t really. We try to explain the sadness of general depression and I will today but it never really makes a lot sense if you have never personally experienced it. I know that people have never been in the middle of it or aren’t currently in the middle of it if they say to simply snap out of it and here’s why. When I am not in the middle of this inexplicable sadness of depression, I can’t understand why it existed or cannot remember very well what it was like when I was there despite its occurrence only a day earlier! It’s true, a day without or with less depression begins to make me think it would be easy to “snap” out of it too…..that is until I am actually in the middle of it again. Wierd, perhaps. But that’s been my experience.

What it is, and looks like, sort of (based from personal experience)

In my little world, sadness caused by depression can be likened to inexplicable frustrations (sometimes anger) of feeling trapped in a endless cycle of hopelessness wrapped up with a unhealthy lack of ambition, anxiety or fear for doing stuff that truly matters. With this type of depression comes anger, frustration, low to absent ambition and of course sadness. In this state, you don’t want to work, can’t work well, don’t want to do even things you usually find enjoyable, can’t get out of bed, or don’t really care if you do or not (even if you still know you should) and most importantly don’t want to talk to people about God. Contrary to what some might think, during my times of seeming despair, I have found that the intellect doesn’t disappear and I am still quite “aware” of my surroundings and what is happening which can make matters worse. Food is still food, people are still people, the bed is still a bed and I look fine. I can and usually even “pretend” I am feeling fine but God’s knows otherwise. In other words my mind isn’t changing tangle objects into something their not. The problem lies in the level and existence of perpetual sadness and that I know I tend to feel my environment to a fault. A sad news event or knowing about one, will ruin my day. Reflecting on the reality that people are going to hell and I feel unable to do anything about it, ruins my day(s). Being reminded that there are millions of people who support the murder of babies, ruins my day. Knowing millions of babies are being murdered, ruins my day. Seeing the masses fall for the lies and deception that Satan so abundantly spreads in all aspects of our lives, ruins my day(s). Knowing people drink in sin like water ruins my day. Knowing I have the same heart and desires to drink in sin like water is just plain depressing. Knowing I have broken God’s law more times than anyone can count is beyond depressing. Realizing that there are people out there who won’t stand up for God’s laws but would rather break them, ruins my day. Of course it goes deeper than a few cleverly linked adjectives and descriptive examples but that’s a super quick gist of my experience.

Hope and Depression?

Now if you know me from my writings about God, you might be surprised. I of all people should know about hope, right? Yes and no. I know the one who gives it and I know the Author of that hope including the source for peace and joy. Yes, I even said joy. I know and believe there is hope out there because I have a relationship with the hope, peace and joy giver. God gives hope to people when they die when you repent and put your trust in Jesus Christ.
You may have heard or read about God’s message of hope on my website before or somewhere else. In fact, I believe He saves (and is the only Savior) from the wrath to come (God’s judgment for sin/breaking His laws). God also gives joy and peace because I know I won’t be under his judgment come Judgment Day. Currently I can’t see it, feel it, touch it, or taste it but I can read about it in His Word. It’s simple faith in something or rather someone bigger that any of us and His name is Jesus Christ the maker of the universe. And yet, I sit here after knowing and believing that, that in my experience having that hope doesn’t do a lot for healing depression or mental illness when you’re smack in the middle of it. In fact, in the midst of a bout with depression and lack of ambition, there is a present sort of tangible sadness that perpetually exists regardless of one’s beliefs and trust in God. Am I alone in feeling this way? I “hope” not.

I have thought of my experience with mental illness as some kind of battle or fight that I might win tomorrow with God’s help or even healing. I should also note that prayer (and even tears) have been a large part of my life and yet the sadness of depression remains. Some days it doesn’t feel like their is much battling going on at all unless it’s a losing battle and I’m the one on the losing end.

If you have ever dealt with depression issues, know someone who is or not, perhaps you have found this post a little depressing. (pun intended) And I do apologize for that but guess what? Writing about it and sharing it with you sure has made me feel a little bit better today. Yay.

Perhaps these media front groups actually support illegal immigration?  Of course they do.  These people represent their only way to gain power with votes.  Democrats are willing to give up our country as was founded by God fearing men and women for anti God dictatorship including sharia law because it’s who they are.  They think your stupid and hope you won’t notice.  Previous American presidential candidates Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders come to mind. Have you seen it? Audacity is a movie you don’t want to miss out on watching

If you haven’t heard about it, there is a great film out that tackles some highly controversial issues within society today.   Without spoiling the movie, a central issue confronted in the movie is homosexuality.  This film does not gloss over the issues involved which I find refreshing especially in a day where being political correct is on so many of our minds.   It also features the best news one can ever know.  You will not want to miss Audacity and please share it with others.

More options removed: Apple Takes Away Option for Touch ID on iPhone X

Why would Apple take away the option for Touch ID on the iPhone X when Touch ID was working quite well before? In fact, I think it’s a mistake on their part.  It’s great when a company decides to enhance their products by making them better.  But it’s completely unacceptable when a company (Apple in this case) decides to remove proven features from their product in order to promote another idea.  (This practice is common in gaming and it stinks for the consumer.  Think SimCity 2013 or the Sims 3 to Sims 4. )

So why did Apple choose to replace touch ID with face ID? They might have many  excuses including “Face ID is the future of technology” but we know their reasoning really boils down to one main goal:  Control.

Less Options More Control

Apple, like Google and Microsoft want control over us the consumer.  These big mega technology companies want to control our lives and do I dare say, create our lives.  If a company can control our media, content and the devices we use, it’s fair game in their view for how they implement them into our lives.  Doubt this?  Ever noticed how they control the default news sources we see on our devices?  (Yes, left leaning news sources are the norm on Microsoft, Google and Apple.)

Hey Apple, What Happened to Consumer First?

Of course if control weren’t their top priority we would see them keep great ideas from the past intact (no matter their age) but most importantly they would put the consumer first, always give us options and stop cramming their views down our throat.

Apple could have implemented touch ID into their new iPhone X.  But since they want to control and shape how people use their device they removed it completely.  In the case of whether or not Apple decides on bringing back touch ID to their new iPhones, I will be watching to see how consumer friendly they choose to be.

Revisiting Target’s Transgender Policy and this Hot-button Issue

It’s hard to believe it has been nearly a whole year since Target’s transgender policy and boycott began.  That was then.  This is now.

The following story is as disturbing as it is disgusting and definitely not for anyone who would rather ignore the truth.

Yes, Target was my favorite store until management decided to advocate for men entering the women’s bathroom.   Many believe a boycott is ineffective and I believe it might be in terms of  deeply “hurting” the merchant’s bottom line.  However as a matter of conviction, for me not shopping at Target has been a public statement proclaiming a disagreement in an anti God store policy.   Target’s bathroom policy of course puts kids in danger of perverted men masquerading as women but most importantly it is a sin against God.    Yes, a surgery or surgeries to the human body and manipulating hormones does not change what God has already ordained from birth.  We all know this to be true but as the CEO’s of Target are proving, many will try to pretend it isn’t so and that God is not in charge.

I first posted about the Target boycott here.  Now consider another post of mine.

I suggest a better way of reaching Target and anyone is to start by watching a movie called Audacity.   If you haven’t watched it already check it out here.

Someone in top management of Target made the decision to allow men to use the woman’s bathroom and vice versa.  Many people agree with this and because it’s sin (see the Good Person Test) against God what needs to happen is a change of heart.   Do boycotts change hearts?  No.   Who changes hearts?  God.

Headed for Hell

People at Target or not are all headed on a path to hell because of crimes against a holy God.   Yes, (there’s a long list) and we’re all doomed unless there’s a way of escape.     See the good person test.     There is hope however and it’s not man-made. God through Jesus Christ is the only escape and Savior from hell and judgment to come.   Are you ready?

Let’s get the word out about this movie.   If you work at Target or anywhere share it with your co workers, family and friends.    And top CEO’s at Target, have you watched Audacity yet?

Why Harvey Weinstein is the Face of Hollywood (and the left)

 

 

If the name were Donald Trump instead of Harvey Weinstein we’d see a left-wing media and Hollywood frenzy of glee.  And why? Simply because they are hateful of God and love their immorality.  Hollywood elites have made a god to suit themselves which allows for such immorality.

However, this story isn’t about Donald Trump but rather Harvey Weinstein.

So what does Hollywood do in a case like this? Cover-up and cover-up some more. And even when the truth is revealed after years of cover-up, they attempt to cover-up their cover-up because their worldview dictates it.  Will Hollywood and the Democrat party ever come clean?

So who is Mr. Weinstein?  Publicly, he is a Hollywood big-wig mogul, Democrat party donor and producer.  And now we know Mr. Weinstein is none other than a sexual predator who used his power to manipulate and control people.  He is nothing less than a bully on a grand scale.  Unfortunately, because of who he is, much of his inappropriate acts of sexual abuse and harassment was ignored and probably landed on deaf ears.

Of course these are things many of us on the outside already know about the worldview of Hollywood and of the Left.  We know about their blatant defense of a religion that believes in honor killings, abuse and mistreatment of women.  We know about their hatred and antagonistic views toward Christians and Jews (namely due to their hatred of the God of the Bible). We know about the atrocious acts of murder seen in abortion which Hollywood defends publicly and in who they vote for.  And let us not neglect to tell about the content they endorse.  We see it everywhere–the sexual innuendo against women, vulgarities and immorality that permeates their TV shows, movies and games.   Yes, Hollywood and many on the left may want (and try) to deny this ugly reality but sooner or later the truth has a way of catching up.  When you least expect it, the Harvey Weinsteins of the world show up and expose the truth.

And yet, there is still time for us all to repent.

“These times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. Twitter Attempts to Hide the Ugly Truth About Abortion

 

In a not surprising move by Twitter, the social media giant tries to suppress the truth about abortion. While most everyone already knows abortion is nothing less than cold-blooded murder of billions of babies, not everyone would like you to know.  The latest case by Twitter to hide this gruesome reality was seen when Republican Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn posted a campaign video about Planned Parenthood’s practice of abortion. In her campaign ad, she boldly states, “I’m 100% pro-life. I fought Planned Parenthood, and we stopped the sale of baby body parts — thank God.”

The details were clear about the disgusting reality that abortion is and Twitter blocked her video.  In a statement made by Twitter they said, “the sale of baby parts” was “deemed an inflammatory statement that is likely to evoke a strong negative reaction.”

And of course it should evoke a strong negative reaction. Abortion is the gruesome practice of murdering babies.  What could be more ugly and offensive than the murder of the innocent?

The question is why would Twitter block the truth? Is it that Twitter along with other large media outlets, actually believe murder is okay? After all, they have gone to great lengths to defend Planned Parenthood in the past.

Now if the Twitter CEO’s had a strong moral compass, I would expect a strong statement speaking out against the ugly practices of Planned Parenthood with abortion, along with any murder of innocents. God hates murder. Remember, the command “You shall not kill.”  Maybe that is also why so many people today hope God’s commands and His messengers would disappear.

The GTA 5, Donald Trump Conundrum

75 million plus people have played the unmodded version of the game Grand Theft Auto 5 and don’t see anything wrong with its contents.  Twenty-five million have purchased Grand Theft Auto 4. Judging from these numbers many people must not have a problem with language vulgarities, excessive violence and disturbing sex that is featured in these core games.  And to criticize any blatant gratuitous aspects of the game is asking for put-downs, name calling and extended cursing from the critics themselves.

Enter Donald Trump.  I venture to say many of these same people hate or strongly dislike President Trump.  Why?  I do not know because it certainly cannot be for his offensive language, decisions, tweets, or even his personality.  Perhaps what is not liked is his desire for the restoration of law and order to our land after the lawlessness of the previous president.  Or perhaps what many of these millions of Grand Theft Auto 4 and 5 fans don’t like about Donald Trump is his moral stand to stop the murder of innocent babies.  Maybe still, what is so despised is Donald Trump’s relentless defense of the police and military while he seeks to uphold traditional Biblical values that our country was founded on.  Yep.  That must be it.  Show support and belief in Biblical values and the fan base of a game that glorifies vulgar behavior, rampant immorality and excessive violence against police will cry foul against you.  And it’s understandable because it’s exactly this kind of thing that Jesus said would happen over 2000 years ago (see John 15).  In the meantime, I will be looking for a game as massive in scale as Grand Theft Auto 5 (scenery-wise) that instead glorifies the police and obeying the law.
